We hope you are happy with your Kauniste purchase. If you change your mind, most products purchased from our online store have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
To make a return, submit a return request through our online store within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return has been registered, the items must be sent back within 14 days.
Returned items must be in their original condition, with tags attached. Please handle the products with care. If a product has been used, altered, or returned with sewn-in tags removed, any resulting decrease in value may be deducted from the refund.
Products made or cut according to your specifications, such as fabrics cut to length, cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
For returns within Finland, you can use the Kauniste return shipping service. A return shipping fee of €5.90 will be deducted from your refund.
If you return your entire order, the original standard delivery charge will be refunded. The €5.90 return shipping fee will still be deducted from your refund.
Customers returning an order from outside Finland are responsible for the return shipping costs. You may arrange the return using your local shipping provider.
For returns from EU countries, if you return your entire order, the original standard delivery charge will be refunded. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option are not refundable.
Once we have received your return, your refund will be made to the original payment method.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back.
If the entire order is returned, the original standard delivery charge will be refunded where required by applicable consumer law. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
We carefully check our products before shipping. If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect product, please contact us so that we can arrange an appropriate solution.
